@markblundellf1 Iโm still up in the UK, Iโd never miss a 500. I was lucky enough to be there last year. I used to watch this race every year with him. Heโs no longer here but some of my best memories were watching motorsport with him. He worked for Williams F1 for 30 plus years.
@IanSJohnston@CroftyF1 Stewards can look into cars that behave in certain ways. Case in point Leclerc & Hamiltonโs cars sparked and bounced much more than others. This obviously raised concerns and therefore they were picked up for scrutineering.
@jeant47jean@CroftyF1 Being an F1 fan for that period of time must mean youโve seen other drivers being DSQ over similar issues. This isnโt a vendetta against Lewis. His car was deemed to be illegal at the end of the GP as was Charlesโs. Itโs just a fact, his car was illegal. Itโs slam dunk.
@Nadal_istheGOAT@formularacers_ They panicked imo. They had Max, his potential was, at that time, was already very obvious. They made a decision and thereโs no doubt it was the correct one. I did rate Kvyat though.
@jotcd @roxzyy08 @roscoesmother This is an irrelevant comment. Both drivers are at different points in their careers ๐๐๐. Times father arrested? That has to be the most petty thing I think Iโve ever seen. Someoneโs just a little bit bitter ๐๐
Hi. Iโm not sure if this will be possible but during Practice my dads name will be on the back of the Williams cars. He passed away suddenly Sunday evening & worked at Williams for 34 years. His name was David CoppingWe would really appreciate a brief mention of him #skysportsf1
