@PaulStifler3 @_Stage2 Previously you've said that you screen by comparing the 20D ADR and 20H BBW. Here you use the 30M and 60M BBW. Are the different BBW periods for different situations? Thanks
@emollick Experts initially come across as cynical for this reason. But the wider experience they get, the more accepting they become as they appreciate risks better. There must be a term for this, similar to the Dunning Kruger effect?
@Economissive BCR for any publicly financed vanity project should always be >1 and preferably have an EIRR > threshold rate, to show this vanity project is more attractive than other vanity projects. Even better is to make a financial case for PPP options.
@marcdaalder@publicaddress Please ensure the PV panels aren't coming from Xinjiang where forced labour is being used by PV factories. Also, check how many GHG emissions will be reduced, accounting for manufacturing them, transporting, and installing them. Lastly, who will supply the displaced dairy?
@publicaddress Have you visited Otahuhu, Papatoetoe or Manurewa recently? $35M would go along way down there. It's about fair distribution of scarce public funds. I think inner suburbs have their fill for a while.
@publicaddress This is just a bunch of words that have no useful meaning. As a councillor he should say how the 3W proposal benefits Auckland or how it disadvantages it. How has the government done any meaningful consultation? Are their global best practices that NZ can follow?
