@elonmusk I remember my mom telling me about ration books when she was a little girl during WW2 and how my grandparents were doing their part to make the world a safer place for her! Today I see and hear a lot of selfish whining that they can't afford Starbucks because gas prices are up!

@DHSgov It would be good effort/ PR for FEMA to announce they are using their resources to work with say Army Corp of Engineers, etc to enhance proactive disaster prevention efforts around the country. For example having sirens installed before the recent texas flooding.
