The NFL has had “black lives matter” painted on all the fields for years.

“End racism” on all the helmets.

They added the “Black National Anthem” to pregame.

They encouraged players to kneel during the National Anthem.

But if you even show a sliver of support for Trump, or Conservative values of any kind, the Left, and their lapdog media, will lose their ever loving minds and claim that we are bringing politics into sports.

They truly believe that their beliefs are the only acceptable ones, and that anyone who veers from their Left-wing ideology should be shamed, vilified, and cancelled. They intentionally created an environment where you are rewarded for showing support for the Left, but crucified for showing support for the Right.

It’s not that they don’t want politics in sports, they just don’t want anyone else’s politics in sports. The pendulum has swung back, and they don’t like it now.

Mike McDonald’s thinking is on a whole different level, he’s a coach players don’t just wanna go to war for, he’s a coach that they trust.

The biggest takeaway I got from this interview is how Mike McDonald prepares for games, his main process is getting players to understand quick by making the game simple and demanding communication!

The players not only understand the X’s and O’s of the game plan, they understand that he will put them in a position to succeed every week!

The main point of difference that makes him stand out from many coaches in the NFL is how intentional he is in every aspect of the game from on and off the field, the psychology of getting the players to buy in is the start of building a great football team.

With Mike McDonald there is no ego attached to anything that he’s connected with, just accountability, teaching and consistency.

The only thing that is next for this Seattle Football team is continuing to make sure that we bring in talent that aligns with his vision in building an elite football program!

He’s a culture shifter and Seattle is lucky to have a guy like him!

Quandre Diggs doesn’t get enough appreciation. He stayed loyal through the highs and lows, always supporting the team even after being released in March 2024. He may feel like he didn’t contribute to the ring, but he absolutely did. Glad he got to witness both the fall and the short lived rebuild and finally earn a championship with Seattle.
