@NianticHelp not sure if this will help but my partner "raquelinviernos" made a ticket for account recovery and included bank statements. It said within 24hrs but its been a few days now. She doesn't have "x" so I'm re reaching out for her in hopes maybe it'll be faster! Thanks

@pokemonmmo3d clicked trash can at top right of launcher and it "removed 154/154" and now it works so.. im not sure what the issue was but its working now!

@NianticHelp hello for 7 months now been trying to get back into account that the email was deactivated for, after just submitting tons of evidence ss's and card number, was told to wait and keep tab open, just to have it closed with no reply yet again. absolute joke of support

@NianticHelp ive sent receipts, screen shots, tons of information that only the account owner would have, answered all their questions etc and they cant even be bothered to reply. just ended the conversation after i waited 6 hours lol
hopefully someone here can actually provide "support"
