@svmmichvn I don’t get to watch you enough, only once every few months, but I always enjoy hanging out when I get to. Focus on you, improve on you, take care of you. Hoping the absolute best for you and look forward to stopping by again soon!
But what he said and further discussed in the show hit me. And like @MeatSauce1 said, @Chris_Hawkey saying that doesn’t instantly make me better, but it does make me realize that I’m not ok and I have resources to be ok. So Chris, thank you for those words of advice and support.
I doubt anyone will actually see this, but that’s not the point. It helps to say it. I am a few days behind on podcasting @PowerTripKFAN and I started the show from last Thursday this morning. @Chris_Hawkey said something that resonated with me, “It’s not ok to not be ok.”
For a long time I have accepted my own thoughts and feelings for what they are and not made them the problem of someone else to not be a burden. I didn’t want to be selfish and put my needs before others. I convinced myself if my people were ok, then I could be ok, too.
