One for @WilliamHill @WillHillRacing. I won a bet in your shop on Tuesday afternoon. You handed me a "source of funds" letter, fine, so I jumped through every hoop and uploaded everything you asked for that same day. It's now Thursday morning and there's been no payout, no reply, not even an acknowledgement. I've played it completely straight, no arbing, nothing dodgy, just a punter who had a winner and would like paying. I know this has been the norm for a while and plenty are in the same boat, but it's pretty demoralising doing everything by the book and getting radio silence. All I'm asking is to be paid what I'm owed, fairly and on time. Can someone please pick this up?
