@arrroberts My English teacher in the late 80’s would have pulled his hair out in fury at that rendition - he insisted that the poets original “I must down to the sea again” was the only acceptable version. Although I think usage may have superseded composition by now.

@HutchinsonDave I got the same diagnosis two months ago. Changed diet, cut booze and caffeine to hardly any, started swimming after a 42 year hiatus, doing resistance training, lost 8kg so far. Feel like hammered shite. But when I go, I’m going to look great.
