@SkyIreland you lot are some craic. Spent the last 30 mins trying to get through, automated message after automated message, to discuss my extortionate bill. Advised that dept is closed. Rang and said "upgrade my account" instead and incredibly that dept is still open. Shameful.

@currys Complete waste of time that was. Took details I've shared 3 times already and now advising me wait 3 days for an update. I was advised 10 days ago this would take 3 to 5 days. Not good enough.
@currys your customer care is atrocious. 2 weeks and numerous phone calls later I'm still waiting on a refund on an order which you've lost. I and I go back to the start every time I call your contact centre. Sort it out.
