The Mario movie is not as bad as people say. Fun to see your hero again, and the cameos like Star Fox are a nice bonus. But it feels more like a chain of cutscenes than an actual movie. Fun for fans, weaker as a story.

I have no patience for games and usually look up puzzle solutions, and even I managed to do it. Maybe players just aren’t used to challenges anymore and have very short attention spans, which makes them give up too quickly.
