@0xlenn@printr@0xlenn It’s a shame that the new CEO, who seems so concerned about customers, didn’t even bother to respond in any way and, of course, did absolutely nothing 🤢
"Let's talk facts before the noise."
Okay. Here's a fact:
"People believed in us" - and that's the tragedy.
People on Polymarket lost huge amounts of money precisely because they trusted you.
They were buying YES because they believed the outcome of the sale would be determined by the market - not by an internal crisis in the middle of the sale.
But midway through, internal issues emerged, leadership changed, massive FUD spread - and then the sale was halted.
And that's what destroyed the people who trusted the project the most.
Now you're talking about rebuilding trust and saying "we can do it again."
This market on Polymarket is still open until the end of May. And some of the damage can still be repaired.
If there's any way for the team to relaunch the sale before the market resolves - please do it. For the people who believed in Printr the most.

You're right that the team used "concludes" and issued refunds.
But the rules themselves don't talk about "concluded" or "cancelled" sales. They only say the market resolves based on total commitments before the raise closes - and that if the sale is extended, those commitments also count.
The market is still open until May 31. The team also said "we'll be back." If they relaunch before that date and commitments exceed the threshold, there's a reasonable argument the extension clause could still apply.
Whether that argument holds is up to Polymarket's resolution - but as long as the market is open, the question isn't fully settled.
@Falcs1x@0xlenn@printr It's not always about the money. I've seen people with $50k bets on this market. What hurts is the unfairness, not the loss itself.
ps
Wouldn't mind turning $250 into $7k though - but that won't be easy..
You're right that rules matter more than emotions or personal losses - fully agree with that.
But looking at the actual market rules, they explicitly say: "If the sale is extended before the official closing time, commitments made during the extended period will count toward resolution."
So it seems like a relaunch or extension before May 31 could potentially fit within the resolution framework as written.
Rules and fairness don't have to be in conflict here - the rules themselves leave room for a fair outcome.

@curvedspace_eth@0xlenn@printr Exactly. People bet on the sale outcome, not on the team's decision to halt it. Wrote a longer message about it: https://t.co/TscxIndCZy

A message to the Printr team about the Polymarket situation — and to anyone covering this space.
The market is still open. Some of the damage can still be repaired.
If you also believe this story can still have a different ending — help boost this post.
