@W3d3ct 12 or 14 oz boxing gloves would be best IMO, your hands will seem slower but it will help build those muscles faster. Can’t stress enough how important it is to wrap your hands well too.

As sports fans we are programmed to pick a side but in boxing I don’t think you necessarily have to, you can like both guys and just want to see a great fight. I just think you can like Errol Spence Jr and Terence Crawford but also want to see them fight each other. #Boxing
