Slowly working on getting my best friend/business partner to start thinking more like @HeymanHustle when it comes to booking talent etc. Wish there was a way for in my opinion one of the most brilliant promoters to come and teach my buddy some things he doesn’t know

@tomcolicchio Damn Chef, I just lost respect for you. Mocking people in a shooter situation is not a good look for you.

@thehaileyhayes Hi

@andiipoops Hi

[Ref Mike/Thorsen @BigSmokedaChef1]

@hannanative Yeah you’re not military. As a US Army OIF Veteran I find this appalling

[Ref Mike/Thorsen @BigSmokedaChef1]

@chezjoe561 @tomcolicchio Ok sir, idk why but you are commenting on a question I had for Chef Tom when I was still in culinary school and getting ready to do a trail with his restaurant. This was 2 years ago. Why in the blue hell are you commenting on it now? I respect Chef Tom and loved working with him

[Ref Mike/Thorsen @BigSmokedaChef1]

@tomcolicchio Are you going to be at Craft NYC tomorrow night? I have a trail with you guys tomorrow at 6 PM

@dave_wildmanaz @OccupyDemocrats Democrats are liars too, look at Hillary and company. And before you say shit I am an independent who votes for who I believe will make a change. Fuck lying ass Democrats and Republicans.

[Ref Mike/Thorsen @BigSmokedaChef1]

@tomcolicchio What about Vallata?

[Ref Mike/Thorsen @BigSmokedaChef1]

@tomcolicchio I would pick you Chef, I feel that I could learn a lot from you.

[Ref Mike/Thorsen @BigSmokedaChef1]

@tomcolicchio How should I go about doing my trails at a couple of your restaurants in NYC? I’m about to the point where I should be working on them and I would love to work for you.

[Ref Mike/Thorsen @BigSmokedaChef1]

@OccupyDemocrats Getting vaccinated is a persons choice. It is bullshit to try and force people to get it. It’s like trying to force someone who is straight to become gay, or vice versa.

[Ref Mike/Thorsen @BigSmokedaChef1]

@tbirdcooper @CBlackishere Stay safe over there, hooah!

[Ref Mike/Thorsen @BigSmokedaChef1]

@tomcolicchio Hey Chef Tom, long time Top Chef fan and current Culinary Arts student at ICE in NYC. Hope to meet you in one of your restaurants one day!
