(Hey everyone. Tonya's doing great but her labs show that she is heading towards chronic kidney disease. I was wondering if anyone had advice regarding pet insurance-- has anyone had good experiences with it, especially for an older cat who hasn't been diagnosed with CKD yet?)

(Tonya is doing very well and hasn't been showing any symptoms yet. We caught it on some routine tests. For now we've switched her to a low phosphorus wet food and will continue to monitor her.)

@y5_y5_san This is Big Tonya, who is almost 15. She's on a diet (it's not working) and takes medication for some minor arthritis & feline hyperesthesia syndrome. She may be starting to develop chronic kidney disease so she goes to the vet regularly. I made her a little shirt :)
