@rainSouthAfrica hi please call again because I haven't seen improvement as it's supposed to be. Your consultant had said you will call and i see it's going to 17h00 and I still havent been given an update as of yet
@rainSouthAfrica has bad service with false promises. I noticed many are struggling with Rain and they seem to not care bout our network problems. We now missing out on work and school due to the on going network issue. #RainMustFall we've been under the weather for way too long.
@rainSouthAfrica I have been waiting for you to activate my rain101 from Thursday 15th Jan and today is Monday 19 Jan, I paid and not receiving any services, all you guys tell me is that I should be patient, I am about to lose my scholarship, I can't attend classes, missed 3 of my entry exams.

@rainSouthAfrica I’ve been requesting tax invoices for over a year. Endless foreign call centre and AI bot uselessness. Refusal to provide a local email or number, Rain operates without ethics, transparency, or accountability. Rotten coverage, non-existent service, despicable.
@rainSouthAfrica You guys are a scam, you disguise yourself as a network provider but you are far from it, you just don’t care about your customers, you are robbing us daylight. A lot of people have been complaining about your service but you seem uninterested to attend their issues
