Durk NOT RELEASED FROM CUSTODY despite being found NOT GUILTY on all charges. Judge and prosecutors said his 2ND trial will commence OCTOBER 5th. Nobody coming home until those charges are resolved. Feds get one more chance to take down Durk

I went back into the courtroom and heard the judge's final comments to the jury then saw him Judge Fitzgerald officially declare Durk acquitted.

He is not being released from jail because he has another trial for a RICO harge.
