@yabaleftonline Whenever we speak on core components of masculinity, weak men detest us to please women.
Women naturally punish weak men and stay loyal to strong men by default.
Women's loyalty is dependent on the strength of men’s frame.
Your medical history should follow you.
Nigeria is building a National Digital Health Architecture around “One Patient, One Health Record” to connect fragmented health systems.
The opportunity is huge: less repetition, better continuity of care and faster access to relevant patient information.
But one thing must be non-negotiable: protect the data.
This could be a major improvement if the government gets the implementation right. A patient shouldn’t have to remember every diagnosis or carry old hospital cards everywhere. But interoperability must come with strong privacy, cybersecurity and access controls.

Nigeria’s digital health plan could make your medical history follow you instead of staying trapped in one hospital
The Federal Government is developing a National Digital Health Architecture designed to connect Nigeria’s fragmented health-information systems around the principle of “One Patient, One Health Record.” The framework has been endorsed nationally and is intended to allow different hospitals and digital platforms to exchange health information securely.
The real-life benefit could be enormous.
Today, someone treated at one hospital may arrive at another facility and effectively start again: another registration, another medical history, sometimes repeat tests because previous records are unavailable.
If properly implemented, doctors could potentially access relevant information such as previous diagnoses, medications, laboratory results and referrals instead of relying entirely on what a sick patient remembers.
That could mean faster emergency treatment, fewer unnecessary repeat tests and better continuity of care.
Government itself acknowledges that many electronic medical-record systems currently used by Nigerian hospitals are fragmented and unable to communicate with one another.
But connecting health records introduces another responsibility: protecting extremely sensitive personal information. Strong cybersecurity, patient consent and clear rules governing who can access records will therefore matter just as much as the technology.
The real breakthrough will not be putting hospitals on computers. It will be creating a health system where Nigerians stop carrying their medical history from hospital to hospital in envelopes, old cards and memory.
One argument changed two families forever.
A disagreement over HIV allegations reportedly escalated into the death of 27-year-old Chinyere Ugwu. Her death is a painful reminder that when conflict becomes uncontrollable, the consequences can be irreversible.
Violence is never the answer.
Whatever triggered that argument, nothing can justify turning a relationship dispute into deadly violence. The suspect’s account is still his version of events, and the police say the investigation is ongoing. Chinyere’s family deserves justice based on the evidence.

30-Year-Old Man Who K+lled His Girlfriend in Enugu Finally Shares His Account of What Happened
Chibuike Emmanuel revealed that he had an argument with his 27-year-old girlfriend, Chinyere, after she told him that she was HIV positive.
He told her that he could cure HIV, which made her ask if he was the one who infected her with HIV and hepatitis C. This led to a heated argument.
He hit her with a pestle, ch0pped off her arm, and st@bbed her multiple times until she d+ed. He also damaged her phones.
He then locked her in the bathroom and tried to ask his neighbors for help, but they broke in, beät him up, and handed him over to the police.
Promises need proof, not applause.
Every politician can talk about fighting corruption. The real test is whether they publish the rules, expose the leakages, strengthen oversight and allow Nigerians to measure the results.
2027 should be about plans Nigerians can verify.
The message about tackling corruption is clear, but Nigerians should also demand the details: how will the reforms work, what safeguards will prevent abuse, and how will citizens measure the results? Political promises deserve scrutiny from every candidate.

The ADC Vice presidential candidate just confirmed that the political class and every other person knows that Peter Obi means every word he says and they are now re-echoing his message.
On the issue of subsidy, Peter Obi has been clear from day one, that he will deal with the corruption in the oil and gas sector, and he will not take a penny from government funds meant for the country. “If you the head doesn’t steal, your wife doesn’t steal, you reduce corruption by 50%”.
This is your proof to Vote for Peter Obi because his word, is his bond.

Promises sound good. Numbers matter more.
Free education. Free healthcare. 150,000 homes.
Now show Lagosians the funding, timeline and implementation plan behind each promise.
That is how campaign promises become measurable commitments.
Big promises need measurable details. Free education, healthcare and 150,000 homes are major commitments, so Lagosians should ask: what will each cost, where will the money come from, and what can be delivered within the promised timelines?

We are going to make education entirely free, including books and exam fees...There will be truly free healthcare, including maternal and child healthcare and drugs...Our commitment is to deliver 150,000 housing units

A bag of rice isn’t governance.
Palliatives can provide temporary relief, but Nigerians also need affordable food, jobs, reliable power and public services that work.
The real question is simple: what happens after the rice finishes?
Rice can help a hungry family today, but voters should judge political leaders by what they do between elections too. Food prices, jobs, healthcare and public services are measurable. Handouts should never replace accountability.

Primate Ayodele is warning of more hardship. Nigerians are already living it.
Rice at a rally is not governance. It is a rental fee for your vote, paid by the same people who made food this expensive.
The bag finishes in a week. The hardship lasts four years with your children and family members.
Reject their rice now. Do not trade your PVC for it.
