He didn’t mention Peter Obi by name, but considering Obi’s history of moving across political platforms and the tensions that have already surfaced between some Obidient supporters and NDC leaders, it’s difficult

The bigger issue is simple, joining a political platform is one thing, taking over its existing structure and identity is another.

Obi brings a huge support base, but that same support base can become a political challenge if the party’s existing

But at a critical time like this, the President’s physical presence at a major global diplomatic gathering matters.

Politically, I don’t think President Tinubu missing the UNGA again is a good look for Nigeria.

He missed the last two editions, and after initially confirming that he would attend this year, he has now cancelled and delegated VP Shettima.

Of course, Nigeria will be represented.

A journey can look perfect on paper and still go sideways once you hit the road. 😂

Lagos-Ibadan Expressway traffic since yesterday is a perfect example.

Traffic, bad roads, delays… the list goes on.

But we keep moving. 🚛💯
