Huntress feels good to play, Hillbilly feels good to play, Wesker feels good to play, etc etc

Chucky feels terrible now, hell if they wanna nerf ths cooldown from 12 to 14 seconds go for it, But the speed needs a revert

@Heccaroni_ @s_mug_ I would also want a decay to stalk meter, but imo if the decay exists it shouldn't send the stalk mark below 75%. Also, if this decay is added, Ghostface definitely need an antichase of some sort because then his only gimmick of stealth because extremely underwhelming

@MintSkullYT I would make a rework overall of offerings. Imo there shouldn't be more than 5 BP Multiplier offerings and all the rests should be game changing offerings that apply modifiers on the match
