@virginmedia Engineer replaced the Hub. Intermittent internet was still a problem after that but has been good for the past 4 hours. Fingers crossed.

@virginmedia my broadband has been intermittent (mostly off) for the last 4 days.

Can’t get through on phone. AI chat only suggests factory reset of hub.

Each time I do a status check it says intermittent signal in your area check back in 24 hours. It’s now been 4 DAYS.

@virginmedia Yes. Eventually got through via chat to a real person. They advised a factory reset of hub which is a complete pain to set back up and it made no difference. Engineer arranged to come today. I also raised a formal complaint. Mysteriously it’s working two hours later.

We fell into the trap of thinking we just need to turn up. Need to fight for everything on that pitch and we went up for it.

Chance of winning the league isn’t nil but we need a lot to go in our favour.
