@LubertyBePrimed @kuntimora since people use female in a dehumanizing way, and since words are what we make them, the word female is becoming/has become dehumanizing to use because of the added weight onto the word that people apply to it. regardless of it's literal meaning, it has hidden weight to it.

However, it is dehumanizing to refer to women as females because the groups that call women females view women as lesser than men. and it's perpetuated by calling women females

@LubertyBePrimed @kuntimora i used slurs as an example of how language can become dehumanizing. female isn't a slur. i never said the words male and female don't exist. The words have their place in the right contexts, but to just call a woman a female would be dehumanizing.
