Sounds easy, right?

But here's why switching isn't easy anymore:

Most people working in service-based companies or fintechs don't get hands-on exposure to every trending tool that companies are hiring for.

Your project may use only a small part of the tech stack, while job descriptions expect experience with 10 different tools.

So after work, you have to:

- Figure out what's trending in the market
- Learn new tools on your own
- Build side projects
- Practice interviews
- Keep up with your current job responsibilities

You're basically working a second job just to get your next job.

The market is tough right now.
Switching isn't impossible.

But anyone who says it's easy hasn't been through it recently.

Virtually every single problem in Indian society can be attributed to the severe attrition of Hindu values and loss of fear of karmic retribution which in turn is because of the communist implemented education system which went on for 7 decades.
And so the secular education is being used by some to hookup, others are using it to scam, some others to go further to conspire and kill naive people.
You will remember that I said that marriage as an institution is likely to slowly become less important in India?
This situation will arise because of lack of pre nup agreements, because of lack of a functioning impartial justice system and other factors.
Eventually (it could be 10 years or it could be 5 years time), pre nup agreements will come in and marriage will become more and more contractual with exacting requirements on both sides.
Many might choose not to marry, others will likely not want to have children.
All these are markers of a society in churning.
