@SpectrumPulse 100% fair. There are a couple albums I can think of that were awful to me but still had their advocates. Kacey Musgraves’ “star-crossed” and The Black Keys’ “Turn Blue” sit in this territory for me. It has to be said, these albums are not very good.
@SpectrumPulse I think what you said is entirely fair. I have messy feelings about Mitski too. She’s a great performer and has a lot of potential, but you can tell how exhausted she is by her quite insufferable fanbase. Easily one of my least favorite fanbases in indie music.
