You were humiliated.
You were mocked.
You were slandered.
You were betrayed.
You were misunderstood.
You were counted out.
You were surrounded by people waiting for you to fall.
And somehow…
You came through.
Still standing.
Still breathing.
Still dreaming.
Still believing.
Still becoming.
They wanted your destruction to be your story.
Instead, your survival became the testimony.
I’m so freaking proud of you.
POVERTY doesn't just empty your pocket. It makes you rehearse your answers.
"I'll pay Friday." "Let me check my balance." "No no, you eat, I'm full."
You learn to smile at the shopkeeper while doing math in your head. You learn which relatives to avoid at weddings. You learn that "I'm fine" is cheaper than the truth.
That's the humiliation. Not the empty plate. The acting. Fight POVERTY not people.
Uncomfortable truth:
When siblings fight, there's a "concerned" auntie/uncle. And one of the siblings is secretly feeding that "elder" every detail. Fresh, seasoned, a little spicy. Just enough to keep the fire alive.
Nobody wins a family war. Somebody just profits from it. Some elders don't mourn a broken family. They harvest it. As siblings, you're not fighting each other... you're being farmed.
Grow older. Watch the family patterns closely. Notice who goes quiet, who keeps their distance, and who stopped attending every family gathering.
Don't ask why that uncle distanced himself and start wondering what he survived.
Some families don’t solve problems. They decorate them, serve tea, laugh loudly and call it peace. Toxicity with good PR still poisons the room.
Sometimes distance isn’t disrespect. It’s a boundary someone finally learned to afford.
Some people leave expecting you to collapse. Then life gets quiet. You start sleeping better. Thinking clearer. Saving money. Laughing again.
And slowly, you realise something rewarding: You weren’t failing because they left. You were failing because you were carrying too much weight.
Some people DON’T bring peace or partnership. When they leave, it feels like loss at first. Until you notice your shoulders finally dropped.
Their departure isn't the wound. It's the first sign you can finally breathe. Losing them is how you discover what was draining you.
When you’re extremely gifted, you will have powerful enemies that will be used to bring these gifts out of you. They don’t want you to have money? You become the money. They don’t want you to have peace? You master peace. They don’t want you to be seen? You become famous for existing. They don’t want you to be healthy? YOU become the doctor. They don’t want you to have clothes? You learn to make your own. If you haven’t noticed by now, spirit has used your enemies time and time again to show you just how powerful you’ve always been. You’re not always under attack, you’re always growing. It’s about your perspective.
I’m genuinely grateful God sat me down and allowed me to go through certain things that forced me to slow down, reflect, and grow. Some seasons humbled me, some broke me open, and some taught me lessons I didn’t even realize I needed. But through it all, I became more intentional, more discerning, and more at peace with who I am.
You’ll be alone in the most difficult times of your life. Those moments will make you wise, mature, and fearless. Pain will teach you who you are when nobody is coming to save you. Isolation will show you your strength. Silence will sharpen your spirit. And one day, the same season that almost broke you will become the reason nobody can shake you.
Youre going to win so big that people are going to sound RIDICULOUS when they bring up old stories about you. The way that people played with your love, your time, your energy, your emotions, your stability, and your name will never happen again bc as of right now.. it holds no weight. Going forward, people wont even believe that the folks speaking on you had the pleasure of knowing you. It is an HONOR to be loved by you and the world knows it. A win that erases all losses is in store for you.
Nothing stays with you like realizing nobody is coming. No rescue. No safety net. You came from nothing, had nobody to lean on, and at times felt like you were nothing. That kind of loneliness either breaks you or builds something in you that can’t be taught. Eventually, you stop waiting to be saved and become the person you were waiting for.
Money can keep you comfortable. BUT people can keep you standing.
When life punches your bank account, your title, your plans and your confidence, it’s the people who still pick up your call who remind you that you’re not finished.
REMINDER:
Build relationships before you need them.
A boy becomes a man through pain, failure, rejection, loss, disrespect, loneliness, and heartbreaks; NOT AGE. Some men wake up at 30. Some at 18. Most never do. If you want to become a TOP 1% MAN, open this...
ALONE WITH GOD.
There are things God may deal within you when the room is empty, the phone is silent and nobody is shouting “Amen.”
Jacob had to wrestle alone. Not with his wife. Not with his friends. Not with a prayer group. Alone.
Some battles require a congregation. Others require your knees, a closed door and the uncomfortable silence of being alone with God.
Nobody is ahead of you. People do what they know best. So, don't copy. Your are in a different race. You do you. With your real original self, thoughts, ideas, philosophy, your gift, your idiosyncrasies. The only thing that matters is what you do with what you have.
As a man, always keep this in mind. There is a very high chance your woman will leave the moment a better option arrives.
That does not mean every woman is evil. It means attraction and loyalty are often conditional. The version of her that loves you today can change quickly when someone with more money, more status, more excitement, or a stronger frame shows up.
So enjoy her, love her, and treat her right. Just do not build your whole life on the assumption that she cannot be replaced or that she will never replace you.
STAY GUIDED!!
The reason why ppl initially gravitate to you and then switch up on you when they get too close is bc you inspire them so much that you give them imposture syndrome. They think that they’re getting close to you to study you, run game on you or even “prove” to themselves that you aren’t who you portray yourself to be and then get humbled when they realize that not only are you who you say you are… but you’re even better up close. They’re looking for the gimmick, the catch, or a chance to rip your mask off and get humbled when they realize THEY are the only one wearing a mask.
Some folks cant stop watching you bc they know how much they did in the background to try and sabotage you. You’re supposed to be somewhere fried died and laid to the side but you’re thriving.
It HAS to be God.
Ppl who are jealous of you can be doing better than you and still will set you up bc they want to see you suffer. They’ll turn the ppl who love you against you, assassinate your character and purposely cause chaos and confusion in your life all bc they are in secret competition w you.
Just quickly… that person they left you for, cheated on you for, ran straight to?
That was the fucking decoy.
The universe needed to get that person away from you so they could go reap the karma attached to their own choices without dragging you down with them.
They fell for the decoy.
And the person they ran to? Half the time that shit is just a mirror of where they’re at internally anyway. Same wounds, same chaos, same bullshit, just wearing a different face.
Meanwhile, you’re over here rebuilding, getting stronger, getting clearer, and lining yourself up with where you were supposed to be all along.
So smile about it.
Seriously.
Smile about that shit.
Sometimes rejection is just redirection with a nasty fucking attitude.
