🚨‼️ West Chester police officer on June 4, 2026, fatally shot 💥🔫 and killed ☠️ Lorenzo Miller 39yr, during a violent domestic hostage situation.

Neighbors at an apartment complex on Zinnia Court called police after hearing a woman screaming for help. Four responding officers from the West Chester Police Department forced entry into the apartment and discovered Miller in an upstairs bathroom holding a large kitchen knife directly to the throat of a 31-year-old woman (his Girlfriend).

According to body camera footage released by police, Miller warned officers not to enter. A veteran police sergeant with 20 years of experience fired a single, fatal shot to Miller's head to rescue the victim.
The female victim suffered multiple visible injuries from the domestic assault. She was treated at UC Health West Chester Hospital and subsequently released.

Miller was a convicted felon on parole. His prior criminal record included convictions for aggravated murder, domestic violence, aggravated robbery, and felonious assault.
