The Jacksonville Sheriff’s Office is currently looking for a missing endangered adult and we are asking for the community’s assistance. The subject, David Johnson, was reported missing by family members after not returning to their home. According to the complainant, Mr. Johnson has been diagnosed with a traumatic brain injury and is showing signs of Dementia. He was last seen around 6:30 p.m. yesterday evening in the Lem Turner and Broward Road area. We were later contacted at around 11:45 p.m. and began a search for Mr. Johnson. He is believed to be driving a 2017 Silver Hyundai Tucson bearing FL tag ‘REVE09’. Due to Mr. Johnson not being from our area and the potential for his diminished mental condition, we are concerned for his safety.

The missing adult has been identified as:

Name: David Lynn Johnson
Age: 61 years old
Height/Weight: 5’6 / 180 lbs.
Eyes/Hair: Brown/Bald (with Grey Beard)
Clothing: Red t-shirt, red pants, and red shoes

Anyone who has seen or who may know Mr. Johnson’s whereabouts is asked to contact the Jacksonville Sheriff’s Office at 904-630-0500.
