But I am a huge fan of yours. I really love the stuff you do. It’s genuinely so heart filling. I can’t exactly describe how much I truly love what you do.

It brings me so much hope and happiness. I started going gym in February of 2026. I’ve been going 2-3 times a week consistently (until I pulled my back a month ago, but it’s mostly healed now)

Your existence in X and in the gym content is a huge beacon of light for many people.

You are one of the very few people who I genuinely like seeing pop up on my screen when I sometimes scroll X.

they’ve come straight from hell to torture humans early.

i couldn’t think of a worst torture than to sit through that lecture for hours.

why would I want to learn about “black history” if i’m working in a hospital or something?

(theoretical) yep, i went through med school for years to save people just to be sat down for an hour or two to learn about HISTORY of a specific race in a country full of all different types of people.

that totally makes sense! let’s learn about only ONE race and not all the other 78 (or more idk) of them.

either do them all, or do none.

it’s just such a waste of time and resources. atleast they’re getting paid to sit down and listen to that slop fest.

but let’s be honest, nobody’s listening to it. everyone’s mindlessly zoned out thinking about ANYTHING else.

i don’t think a surgeon wants to sit down and be lectured about micro aggressions.

it’s baffling to me that some people actually want this shit to happen, they HAVE to be demons.

sitting in a lecture about black history and micro aggressions is some straight hell torture behaviour. i would deadass prefer to have my fingers cut off than do that for HOURS.
