No sweat, they are really good about fixing issues like this post delivery.. I had a similar experience and similar frustration, but they really fixed it all for free and in my house.

@Tesla @elonmusk Absolute worse experience picking up my 3LR at Princeton Tesla. Car was damaged, people in charge of delivery check-in are arrogant, and basically kicked us of the property after picking up the car due to more deliveries.
