COMMITMENT MADE? THEN WHERE IS THE IMPLEMENTATION?
➡️ 5-Day Banking: Honour the commitment.
➡️ Unilateral PLI: Put it on hold. Withdraw the discriminatory framework.
➡️ PLI: Dialogue, not diktat. Rework it through meaningful bilateral discussions
➡️ Residual issues: Resolve them. No more indefinite delay.
A commitment demands implementation.
Implementation demands accountability.
📢 ONE VOICE. ONE PLATFORM. ONE UNITED DEMAND.

Bankers never ask whether the country needs banking services. We simply deliver.
During difficult times, emergencies, economic disruptions and changing business requirements, bankers have continued to serve customers and the economy.
Today, we ask for implementation of an agreed measure that supports work-life balance and a more sustainable workforce.
Respect the contribution. Honour the commitment. Implement 5-Day Banking.

5 days working week in Indian banks is long overdue! 🏦⌛
Employees deserve a healthy work-life balance, and customers deserve a digitally empowered, well-rested banking system.
It’s time to approve the 5-day banking proposal! 💼✨

Bankers are not asking for a favour.
The demand for 5-Day Banking followed negotiations between the bank union and IBA, was incorporated into the March 2024 Joint Note & was recommended to the Government.
Implement what was agreed.

905 days since the 9th Joint Note.
997 days since the December 2023 understanding when 5 Day Banking Promise was agreed in written.
Digital payments are 99.7% of transaction volume. Cheques, 2.3% of value. RBI, LIC & GIC already work five days. And Bankers offered 40 extra minutes a weekday for it. Despite everything they failed to keep the promise. A signed commitment is not a suggestion but an obligation.
Read the revised PLI matrix carefully.
In EVERY scenario — even where the Bank scores above 80% and performed magnificently — the bottom bracket receives Rs 0.
Not a reduced award. Zero!
1 in 5 officers, every year, labelled as zero contributor.
Not an incentive, a backfired initiative. We demand #5DayWeekandFairPLI

A protest is happening right in the capital where thousands are on the streets demanding merit.
And not a single political party or politician is standing with them.
Imagine a country's future without merit.
If this doesn't alarm you, nothing will !
The entire Reservation Reform Protest has been so eye opening for all of General Category citizens. That absolutely no party, no politician no one cares about us. We are no one’s vote bank. Everyone takes us for granted. We are on our own!
Delhi, 650 years ago:
India was under foreign Muslim rule and Sharia.
An old Brahmin decided to fight back.
He publicly performed Ghar Wapsi of thousands of Muslim men and women.
When this news came to Sultan Firoz Tughlaq, he offered two choices to the Brahman.
1) Islam.
2) Death by burning.
The Brahman chose death. He was burned to death in broad daylight. Even when his body was burning before his very eyes, he did not utter a cry. He had no fear and no regrets. Such was his dedication for the nation and dharma.
Today, the descendants of this Brahman are classified by Indian state as "oppressors" and systematically discriminated. Descendants of Firoz Shah, on the other hand, are classified as "oppressed" and given doles, freebies and reservations

JANTAR MANTAR IS NO PLACE FOR PRO-MERIT, ANTI-QUOTA PROTESTORS!
That's the message as Delhi Police clears up Jantar Mantar where a large number of people had gathered to protest against caste-based reservation.
NO RIGHTS ACTIVIST WILL POST IN FAVOUR OF THEIR RIGHT TO PROTEST
Dear BJP,
These were your unconditional foot soldiers, the bedrock of your movement. For decades, they carried the flag of Hindutva and stood firmly behind you at the ballot box, asking for little in return except the protection and dignity of the civilization.
They made conscious compromises with reservations and the harsh realities of the Atrocities Act, suppressing their own grievances for what they believed was a grander purpose: the consolidation and unification of Hindu society. But instead of delivering that unity, you fell into the comfortable rut of identity-driven social engineering and competitive appeasement.
The crowd on the streets may number in the thousands, but the resentment is shared by millions. Do not mistake loyalty for subservience, and do not treat your most reliable supporters like disposable political collateral. Listen to them, address their grievances, and afford them the equal dignity they deserve before their alienation becomes permanent.
Middle Class is asking all governments..
If we pay Global Standard Taxes
Do we have Global Standard facilities ?
Overall our Public Schools, roads, breathing air and drinking water ? States need to answer this.
Personal Income Tax, GST, Tolls, Cess, Fuel Taxes, Local Taxes..
I don’t object to contributing . But after everything I contribute, what am I getting back?
Why can’t India’s middle class get the Singapore deal as a starter— lower taxes, better roads, better transport, better civic infrastructure and greater accountability for every rupee it pays from every authority that extracts a tax in one or other form.
Apparently, merit is expected to wait its turn in India, reservations at every step of the ladder, while merit is left standing at the bottom.
If India wants to move forward, merit cannot be held hostage forever.
