@DeliverooHelp @Deliveroo absolute horrific customer service. How can you say because our delivery came TWENTY FOUR hours late you can’t give ANY compensation. So I paid £5 small order charge, £9 delivery and £1 service charge to you for what? Dinner a day later??

@Deliveroo declining a refund for a delivery that was 3 hours late because ‘we declined to accept the delivery’ @Deliveroo would you eat something that took 3 hours to deliver?!
