6 hours in Kingston A&E with my daughter who has a head injury . No doctors no one to help
This is no longer hospital . There is no A&E service
No one communicates . No care
With a head injury she should have had a doctor look at her and arrange an X-ray
The AA are not answering the telephone to any calls . They sent a relay truck to my car 8 hours after their 6 hour time slot and then refused to take the car as it had a flat battery which they had been told . I have been on the phone for over an hour and their chat line for 1hr
@TheAA_UK No that’s rubbish we checking with the contractor he had no information about our car and had just received the job 6 hours after the time slot . You didn’t even pass the relevant information. That is not busy that is incompetence. You have had my number for hours @TheAA

@TheAA_UK I am not going to spend anymore time on a phone waiting to speak to you . You really have no idea how to treat your customers. I have been a member since 2007 . not anymore. You have my details you ring me and explain what you are going to do to provide the service you were paid

I gave up after 3.5 hours on your phone and chat . You have failed to transport my daughter’s car and have taken full payment . This is the AA service and how you look after members appalling @TheAA_UK

@TheAA_UK I gave up after 3.5 hours . I paid you £117 to transport a car from my daughter’s flat to garage . You only booked your sub contractor 6 hours after the 6 hour slot . You failed to tell him the battery was dead despite my warning to you . You are appalling

Can the FCA / regulator take a look at this recurring problem with Barclays and their mobile app and on line banking services . If customers cannot securely access funds to pay essential bills then the bank and its tech needs investigating
