I totally disagree with this. Uniform is cheap in most schools. Cheaper than normal cloths that will still get worn out & need replacing. Kids compete with their cloths (& shoes) ; uniform levels the playing field & makes kids feel like they belong. It’s a huge mistake to limit school uniform & sports kit will probably be worst affected. Big mistake.

@RupaHuq @BBCNews @andyburnhamHQ @AndyBurnhamGM I still don’t understand why Labour MPs, who won their seats with Keir Starmer as the figurehead, think that this fawning behaviour towards newly elected MP creates good optics for the voting public. It doesn’t. You may regret this in a year or two.

@RupaHuq Rupa. You are almost my MP. James M has that privilege. You are missing the point. It is not routine to have an MP stand down to allow a potential contest for leader of Labour Party and shoe in to be PM. That is a form of treachery IMO

I don’t want a GE. Not yet. If the new PM is as bad as the last, then yes, a GE would be required. Maybe in 2029!

@RugbyWorcs I’m more of a fan after a nail biting Play off Woman’s SF this afternoon. Trailfinders woman finished 4th, 27 points behind a very dominant Gloucestershire Hartpury. Guess what they won it to make the PWR final. Maybe finishing 4th is the way to do it. 😆

@bencoles_ Worcester Warriors were 4th in this years Champ. 40 points behind Ealing Trailfinders who won 26 from 26. Who won the Champ. Warriors! Plays offs are 50:50s Jeopardy. Some like it, some don’t. I’m not a fan.

@RugbyWorcs 😆 Maybe they are just a commercial business looking to sell lots of tickets to promote a Prem final. Tigers fans would have probably support Bath or Exeter not Northampton. You guys are funny. Looking forward to next season in the warm up matches. All 26 of them. 😝
