@rapidobikeapp Cab WB 07K 1499 driver appeared intoxicated, was rude, overspeeding, and collided with another vehicle. He then stopped to argue on the road. For our safety, my family deboarded the cab. Unacceptable conduct. Immediate action and compensation expected.
