✅Challenging Workouts: This program picks up where Accelerate left off, featuring three weekly strength and conditioning workouts designed to push you further. But don’t worry—we’ve included modifications and variations for all fitness levels, so you can customize each workout to suit your needs. We’ve also included a dedicated yoga day, two active recovery days, and one complete rest day per week for a balanced approach to training.
✅Measurable Progress: New this year, each 8-week training block begins and ends with fitness tests, allowing you to track your progress and celebrate your achievements throughout the year.
✅Community Focus: We’re returning to our roots with this program, creating workouts that everyone can do together. Get ready to connect with your fellow Peakers, share your successes, and support each other on this incredible journey.
