@AtlanticoDulce I’m in my early 60’s and ran track in High School. I walk a mile at a 16 min pace to the sports complex then run 2 miles at a 10 min pace per mile on the grass for my joints, then alternate 1/4 mile walk/1/4 mile run at 8 min pace to get my lungs going. So 4 miles x 4 days/wk.
