@BTBusiness@btbusinesscare BT Business, appalling service this morning. Spent an hour waiting for an agent, didn’t notice when they did finally message and they gave me just two minutes to reply and as I hadn’t noticed them within that time they ended the chat. No Broadband
@dhlexpressuk It’s been located nearly a mile away from my house by my very helpful post mistress. If DHL had bothered to return to where they had left it 4 days ago then a huge amount of stress could have been avoided. Shockingly bad customer service and totally disinterested.
@dhlexpressuk “Excellence. Simply Delivered” ... My parcel has been simply delivered but not to my address which is certainly not excellent. Received a picture as “Proof of delivery” but it’s someone else’s unknown house. Appalling customer service no one answering please advise.
@dhlexpressuk No, total lack of communication from you other than lame replies to my chasing emails saying you are looking into it. 3 days later, no parcel and no explanation. The worst possible service and reading Trustpilot reviews not isolated either. You have ruined my Christmas.
Four Fendt tractors and a Claas combine broken into last night in Mid Suffolk and all Trimble GPS equipment stolen, wiring looms cut. Huge damage and loss at harvest time, please beware. @TNS@CLAAS_Eastern
@MidSuffolk I’ve already sent 7 “direct messages” in the form of 3 online forms and 4 phone calls. Twice I’ve been assured that collection would be the following day.....ten days later still no collection. What else can I do?

Reading Doddie Weir’s book, great read from a great man but a brutal reminder of the harsh realities of Motor Nerone Disease which resonates with me having lost my dear father to it. Fight on Doddie, we are all wishing you well and thank you for raising awareness.
