@Translink_NI 30 minutes waiting for any route 8 bus leaving City centre. When it arrives, it's a single decker. Ram packed at first stop. Very poor service on every level.

@Translink_NI So a blanket notification across all services. Does that mean that there was no requirement to advise service 8 (or any other metro users) of information specific to their route? Is that an acceptable service?
