The UIL State Track and Field meet is this Th-Sat. Annually, it such a memorable event for athletes, coaches, parents and grandparents. I say it every year, track isn’t for everybody….but track workout is for every athlete. Safe travels!

Watching Michigan State @ Michigan…two really good programs. This kid from Michigan goes to the line and @tracywolfson says that he is one of ten seniors in the Big10 that is still at the school he initially enrolled in as a freshman!!! BTW…18 schools in The Big 10! #Sad

Morning….please know I am not throwing shade at either school that played and especially not the host school. I grew up in in era and coached in an era where getting to the Drum/Dome was a very memorable experience for kids and coaches. FYI…The video was taken at half.
