1 in 3 students failing in Naplan basic literacy & numeracy. Why? No school or home discipline, Drug abuse pandemic, Truancy with no consequence, Lack of parent participation, Too many unmarried mothers that don't care. We have created these problems Now it's time to fix them
@RositaDaz48 So true, have seen it in remote communities where many feel they are dudded by the Government and city dwellers telling them what they need.
Lots of good people and agencies on the ground making a difference but the billions are not reaching grass roots. Why?
@RositaDaz48 So true Rosita, I grew up in a Country town with a fair proportion of Aboriginals. I've also seen a lot in WA mining towns. It ain't pretty.
@RositaDaz48 I see it, I live with it. I know it, and city folk call me racist. Right now in Mt Isa, two tribes warring. Using huge metal bars, smashing cars up. People too scared to go out at night! It's a revenge game, no different to 200 yrs ago, it's tribal, it's culture.
@Julian_Bordas Tony understands more than anyone .. This is how it's done. Meet our Aboriginals, listen & learn.
Doesn't need to be in the Constitution.
#VoteNo to the Voice

A comment was made on a post of mine which is true and real....
-To understand Aboriginal people you have to live with Aboriginal people... you have to see them daily, to understand ANY of the issues they face.
City Dwelling folk, believe they understand, because they saw a news report, a documentary, a Q&A segment on ABC, read a report.... they know nothing!!!
Until you face Aboriginal issues on a daily basis, seeing DV occurring in front of your eyes in a park, or being approached by a drunk Aboriginal asking for money or cigarettes, or have to assist an Aboriginal in some official capacity, which highlights their lack of education, or see Aboriginals being taken by ambulance from public spaces, due to alcohol bringing on a Diabetic Seizure....
you will never ever-ever begin to understand.
You need to be confronted daily & personally.... & THEN, only then will you see this whole "Voice" exercise for what it truly is....
Aboriginal Industry Elites making a power grab....
these Aboriginal Elites do NOT care one iota about their remote & regionally based brethren....
They only care about garnering power for themselves,
their immediate family & their tribe.
If people TRULY understood Aboriginal Issues, they would all be #votingNO to such a horrendous model being put to the Australian People.... & would DEMAND for major work to be done, on the WHOLE Uluru Statement, before being put forward for a vote!

Western Australia is now leading the way towards a SEGREGATED Australia
It is the first State to.have SEGREGATED non aboriginal landholders from their land in favour of aborigines
Vote NO NO NO to the voice
Teela Reid, in her own words. She’s fighting to “abolish Australia Day”. She says the Voice is about “compensation and reparations”. She wants to get back to the “radical roots of the Communist Party”. #VoteNoAustralia

Today we took our No campaign to Bathurst and Orange. A lot of people saying No for many different reasons. There are a lot more important issues that need addressing right now!
