@madebygoogle Still haven't gotten my back glass fixed on my Pixel 10 Pro Fold. Google can't even cancel my claim so I can start a new one with a repair shop that has the part. Pixel Care + is a scam. Support said they'd get back to me in 24-48 hours... 50 hours ago.

@madebygoogle Useless. You responded that I was emailed by support but that was back in March. Why is navigating Google support so impossible? I've had just about every Pixel since the Pixel 2 and this is certainly my last. Pixel Care Plus is a complete waste of money too.

@madebygoogle Last year, I went to get my Pixel 9 Pro Fold front screen repaired and had the same issue. I just don't understand why it's listed as the top option if you never have the parts. The people at the store seem to hint that this was an ongoing issue.

Hey @madebygoogle , why do you bother have Google Stores setup as repair options for Pixel Care+ if you never have the parts to actually fix my Google phone. Can't imagine this happening at an Apple Store and it's happened to me twice now. Wasted an hour round trip for nothing.

@madebygoogle I have a Pixel 10 Pro Fold. My back glass is damaged. I setup a claim through Pixel Care+ and the first option given was the Google Store in Oak Brook, IL. I went there to get my repair done but they don't have the part to do the repair and couldn't tell me if or when they would.
