Thanks dude
@russp999 Yes exactly, FA uses what are all called CSS pseudo classes to add extra content that does not exist in the HTML. This might sound dumb but using Chrome Dev Tools made this easier to understand and find the issue. I can find a video to explain that if you want?
@russp999 ...also i kind of prefer this method of absolute centering, as transform is often used for other things and kind of unnecessary.
So left = 50% - half of element width (same for top with height)

I'm spending my holiday day learning #redux ... dam its like my #React#javascript apps will have super state powers from now on.
There is nothing better than a day on the tutorials to empower yourself.
What are you learning lately?
@Ifejeremiah1 I'd highly recommend Javascript as there is SO many job opportunities in JS right now. I posted some link to another person in this thread for free courses, did you see them?
@babacarcissedia Oh for sure, but some times you need to over flex for self progression. Also I just love saying those tech names in a power ranger fashion!! LOL Quality post
@ShoyemiTemidayo @udacity If you are learning the frameworks to get employed Ii would focus on React as last I saw it is about 75% of new jobs.
If you are learning as part of your journey, I tired React and totally failed as my underlying ing knowledge of JS was not good enough.
If you need a hand... ๐
