Brazil’s #Bitcoin decisions could be more significant than they seem:

The 10% off on taxes paid in #BTC might be recouped in accounting efficiency.

This would also help fund their 1% treasury goal, and if stabilizing, may cascade FOMO in peers with weak currencies.
