@LKPerivolaris @Anniekidder @metromorning I agree with you Lillian, giving students the option to start an apprenticeship in grade 11 is the perfect outlet for those students that don’t see College or University in their future. They still attend College for apprenticeship training.

@carmen_camuti Specialized programs need to come back not necessarily in all schools but, be available to all students in the Board without it affecting staffing numbers. Funds need to be available to update out dated programs also.

@teachisdrunk I retired as soon as I hit the 85 factor due to a horrible admin. I lasted 6 months and found another job. Uses my tech background skills and there is no stress.
