Does anyone with Fire TV & Hulu have issues with video & audio freezing? Literally unwatchable. Could be frozen for hours or days. The issue is not my WiFi. Hulu or Fire TV support have not been able to figure it out. Any input is appreciated.thank you!

@hulu_support I have been unable to watch Hulu since November. I have had calls with Hulu Support without a resolution. I am told the issue is Hulu not working with Amazon Fire Stick. Is there a resolution? Chat ref# 37637625 & 38666089. I have tried all suggested fixes! Thanks

@hulu_support Hello Hulu Support-after working with FireTV Support I was able to get 2 weeks of Hulu working. I am right back where I was.freezing video.repeating audio and unable to watch live TV. I’m about done with Hulu! Do you guys have an ideas?

@hulu_support @hulu_support I was told that for HD streaming “Good” and “Very Good” will work fine. I have gone through everything my provider,Starry,suggested. Nothing has changed. Any suggestions?

@hulu_support I noticed the signal strength fluctuated between good and very good on my Fire Stick connection. I didn’t have time to investigate it what the possible signal strengths are but I assume there should be an excellent. Do you know?
