The project ended in December. It was an opportunity to create synergies and knowledge between 2 teams (Oslo and Lisbon), 2 methodologies (NLP and GIS), and 2 projects (Literateca and Atlas of Literary Landscapes). @EEAGrantsPT@EEANorwayGrants@UniOslo_ILOS @nova_fcsh @ihc_fcsh
25 researchers from Portugal, Spain, France and Brazil participated on the 2nd BILLIG workshop, focusing on computational linguistics techniques applied to Atlas of Literary Landscapes and Literateca’s projects.

Even in lockdown time, the @BilligProject continues...and today started an online training by Diana Santos (@UniOslo_ILOS) in #ComputationalLinguistics. The training had to be remote, but that also meant that a larger number of researchers (8 in total) could attend.

Get to know more about the participation in the Workshop on Digital Humanities and Natural Language Processing. @BilligProject researcher Diana Santos had a paper with methods learnt in her internship in Lisbon about Spatial Humanities.
