@CoachJimmyDykes@franfraschilla Under the old system, schools, coaches, and administrators made millions off the kids, who got little to nothing. The new system allows the kids to maximize the return on their value for 4-5 years. It is long overdue, and the product level was high.
Saint Louis had 8 players score 9 or more points in tonight’s win over Georgia.
It’s the first time in NCAA Tournament history 8 teammates have scored 9+ points in a single game.

@saltyposaune Anyone supporting the power teams in this thread is defending another example of an illegal monopoly that may someday be broken up by the courts--classic example of an abuse of dominance by P5 schools.
@TheFieldOf68 So a team that is 21-1 (a last-second prayer away from 22-0) with a 2-0 Q1 ranking, the top defensive and offensive efficiency in the county, and a 15 NET ranking gets a 6 seed. Makes sense. 🤦♂️
@JerryCa68420844@ESPNLunardi@SaintLouisMBB Interesting you didn’t mention they are 2-0 in quad one. The NET ranking is designed to account for strength of schedule, so their ranking reflects the schedule.
