I’ve been fortunate to have my best year ever in CRE Investment Sales and it is only the beginning of the 2nd quarter. Not taking it for granted and am continuing to work on opportunities to fill the pipeline. County governments have been active with their accumulated capital, as I sold one deal to one county already and am working on another in another county. That will lead to exchanges into net leased assets for the owners. My other listings aren’t moving, but I’ll keep at it. It’s hard to avoid the doom/gloom bubble, so I have been using the BRICK app blocker during the day to cut out social media.

I typically don’t pick up at that hour. You will already be in an irritated state when disturbed at that hour, so responding well to an irate client will be that much more difficult. Giving it until the next day will typically put everyone in a better frame of mind to amicably solve a challenge.
