@Danielle1O19 You’ll have to wait til after your surgery to submit the claim as you need your surgeon to fill out a part that states when you’ll be able to go back to work etc. it’ll be paid by the dbl carrier to you each week.

@Danielle1O19 Your employer should give you short term disability paperwork to fill out. It’s required to have whether you are PT or FT. Employers pay into it. Max to collect is $170/wk. and there is a 7 day waiting period
