Scrapping is the account banned. Salary was the name I was selling. And attached is the RWT rules which are unclear why I would be banned for advertising selling it for GP specifically. Please review

My display name was "Scrapping", if you could please look into it. I have had this account since 2004, and have played religiously on the account. By reading the rules, RWT is when real money is involved which it wasn't. Please investigate I would appreciate my account back. Ty!

I was falsely banned for RWT, which I assume was due to my chat logs. I was advertising selling an in game display name for GP specifically, and I was banned the next day permanently with a denied appeal. My account was broke, never traded any GP even.

@JagexAsh 20+ YEARS of playing this video game on the same account, and before my eyes without any reason (to my knowledge) my account is taken from me (banned without appeal), and all I’m asking for is someone to actually look into my account and that’s too much to ask for. If you looked into it, you’d see no RWT has happened. I was completely blindsided. Please, actually look into my chat logs and you’ll see it was a misunderstanding. We cannot only take care of the big time streamers..the level of customer support from what I can see is almost archaic for how much money you guys make as a company. By the way — the display name on my account is “Scrapping” — I briefly advertised that I was selling the display name “Salary” for in-game GP and the next morning I was permanently banned. I hope this doesn’t come off as me being an asshole, just really upset that this happened and I have no way of getting ahold of someone actually help.

No offense at all, but the support channel is close to non-existent in my luck at least. I’ve had my account and played actively SINCE 2004, and a misunderstanding in chat lead to a permanent ban due to RWT, even though that hasn’t happened. I briefly advertised that I was selling an in-game name “Salary” for IN-GAME GP, no trades happened, and that doesn’t even involve real-life money! Can you please just do me a solid as a long-time player, take a look at my trade history and chat history which aligns with the time of ban? I cannot fathom that my account is gone to a misunderstanding and it’s personally affecting me due to the nostalgia of this account that dates back to original RuneScape beginning days as a child. You can even go to my profile for a synopsis of the situation, which I’ve tagged you in quite a few times, I understand you may have missed them due to the amount of messages you probably get.. Thank you..

@JagexSupport is absolutely useless in terms of investigating things, mods are almost nonexistent as far as help as well. You can play this game for 20+ years on a single account, get wrongfully perm banned and there’s no support around reinvestigating that which would indefinitely result in a reversal. @JagexAsh you guys need to improve here greatly. As IF you guys don’t make enough money to invest in customer support.

@JagexBans sent the message from your template revolving RWT bans. All I did was advertise selling an in game rsn for GP, no trades ever happened and selling in game display names is legal anyways. This was their response.
