@VivaLaBAD_ It's an indication you've got tons of gelatin from the carcass. High gelatin stock will be easier to turn into gravy or a sauce as it's a natural thickener. It's also a good indication you've extracted lots of flavour from the carcass. The jiggle good.
@stillljane PPI's are associated with more risks when used daily over the long term (according to the Canadian doctors I've talked to). But taking 1 famotidine pill is definitely a better option than popping a ton of tums all day.
@stillljane Definitely check out two other options: PPI's are the hardcore acid reducers and are prescription only, or famotidine (pepcid) is an over-the-counter acid reducer that also works great.
